Sandra Sumpter is a holistic practitioner specializing in functional nutrition, Pilates, yoga, meditation, and breathwork, with over 20 years of experience. Holding a master’s degree in Functional Nutrition, Sandra’s approach focuses on addressing the root cause of health issues and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself. By balancing the nervous system through personalized nutrition, movement, and mindfulness practices, she empowers clients to achieve long-lasting well-being.
Sandra integrates functional nutrition with her expertise in Pilates, somatic movement, and breathwork to offer a truly comprehensive wellness experience. As a certified 500-hour yoga instructor in Embodied Flow, she uses movement to promote physical and emotional healing. In addition, she draws on her advanced training in the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza, using meditation and neuroplasticity techniques to help clients shift subconscious patterns that affect their health.
Combining Access Bars therapy with meditation, Sandra helps clients release stuck emotions and stress, enabling deeper healing at both the physical and emotional levels.
