    An experienced and sensitive group leader, since the early ‘90ies Carla has explored and refined her research in Circle Singing, a creative approach to singing based on Bobby McFerrin’s “Circlesongs”. During her workshops she succeeds in making everyone’s voices blend in harmony with the others, encouraging individual creativity and developing group awareness. Singing in a circle produces wellbeing, serenity, awareness and promotes pleasure and the need to share experiences, emotions, feelings: Carla is capable of making anyone sing and connect with their own deepest inner voice.

    A seasoned Shakti Dance and Yoga guide, Amulya has spent 24 years weaving movement, breath, and stillness into transformative experiences. A skilled massage therapist and conscious communicator, she nurtures body and soul, creating spaces of harmony and connection.     What is included in the retreat?

    Your stay includes five nights' accommodation, breakfast, light lunch, two dinners, guided workshops, cultural excursions, and daily wellness sessions.


    What is not included in the retreat?

    Flights (We recommend you to book flexible/refundable tickets), transfers, travel insurance, alcohol, specific food and wine tasting events, three night's dinners and optional private consultations/massages are not covered.

    What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancellations made 30+ days before the retreat receive a 50% refund or can be transferred to a future retreat. Within 30 days, bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
    Do I need prior experience in mindfulness or movement practices?
    Not at all. The retreat welcomes all levels, with sessions designed to be accessible and enriching for everyone. All the sessions are optional.
    Will there be free time?

    Yes. Afternoons allow for siesta, leisure, or optional private sessions, giving you space to unwind and reflect.

    Can I extend my stay?

    Absolutely. We can arrange extra nights at a special rate if you'd like to explore Tuscany further.

    What is the focus of the food provided during these experiences?
    All our experiences feature vegetarian, locally sourced, wholesome food that’s organic wherever possible. We prioritise sustainability and eco-awareness, avoiding the use of single-use plastics. Our meals reflect the traditional cuisine of healthy Blue Zones inspired by the Small Food Movement, enhancing the cultural exploration and healthspan extension aspect of our offerings.
    What should I bring to this retreat?
    We recommend bringing comfortable natural fabric clothing suitable for various wellness activities, a reusable water bottle, personal toiletries, and any medications you might need. For outdoor activities, consider bringing sunscreen, a hat, and comfortable walking shoes. Yoga mats are provided.
    What is the group size?

    The retreat is designed for a small, intimate group to ensure a personal and immersive experience.
