Our Daycations run from 10am to 6pm, offering a full day of immersive group wellness activities, relaxation, movement, integrative wellness innovations, and superb Blue Zones healthy non-inflammatory meals/cooking demos within a city setting. These accessible experiences encapsulate the essence of our longer retreats without including city exploration.
How long is a Staycation?
A Staycation with us includes a one or two-night stay over a weekend, typically within a 90-minute drive from a city. This allows you to immerse yourself in an extended period of rejuvenation and wellbeing, enriched by memorable cultural and heritage experiences.
What does a Retreat entail?
Our Retreats are between four to six nights of deep holistic experiences, pampering and relaxation, combining wellness practices, cultural exploration, and eco-friendly living. These retreats are designed to foster optimal vitality and wellbeing through comprehensive, immersive experiences.
Are the wellness practices during the retreats varied?
Yes, our retreats include a diverse range of holistic healing practices such as breathwork, yoga, movement meditation, somatic expression, and yoga, all guided by experienced practitioners. These practices are designed to enhance both physical vitality and mental clarity.
What is the focus of the food provided during these experiences?
All our experiences feature vegetarian, locally sourced, wholesome food that’s organic wherever possible. We prioritise sustainability and eco-awareness, avoiding the use of single-use plastics. Our meals reflect the traditional cuisine of healthy Blue Zones inspired by the Small Food Movement, enhancing the cultural exploration and healthspan extension aspect of our offerings.
What should I bring to a Daycation, Staycation, or Retreat?
We recommend bringing comfortable natural fabric clothing suitable for various wellness activities, a reusable water bottle, personal toiletries, and any medications you might need. For outdoor activities, consider bringing sunscreen, a hat, and comfortable walking shoes. Yoga mats are provided.
Are the experiences suitable for beginners?
Yes, our experiences are designed to accommodate all levels of wellness practice, from beginners to advanced participants. Our facilitators provide guidance and modifications to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.
